Basic information
L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate belongs to the group B vitamin series and is a biologically active component of folic acid after cellular metabolism in the body. It plays an important role in conventional blood formation, cell division, maternal tissue growth during pregnancy, psycho-spiritual function, metabolism and immune system, amino acid synthesis and fatigue reduction.
