At a launch ceremony, the most touching moments are always the people and stories around us.

At Jinkang Hexin’s 2026 Launch Ceremony, the dedication of outstanding employees, the companionship of long-tenured staff, and the vitality of new employees—one heartwarming story after another—gave “Kindness & Care” its most authentic form and made the journey forward warmer.

The power of role models lies in day-to-day dedication.

After comprehensive evaluation by the management team, Yan Wei, Fang Huixian and Wu Chongmin were awarded the 2025 Outstanding Employees, while Chen Meng, Zhang Jinling and Wu Xiaodan were honored as Outstanding Managers. Mr. Lai presented cash rewards to all the winners.

Wu Chongmin, who has devoted himself to the company for more than ten years, expressed deep emotion and stated that he would continue to “fulfill his duties, manage the goods well and keep strict checks” to live up to the company’s trust.

Fang Huixian, who has rooted in the company since graduation, thanked the leadership and colleagues for their support, and will turn this honor into motivation to move forward.

Chen Meng, as a manager, frankly said that this recognition means greater responsibility. In 2026, she will lead the team to keep pace with the AI era and strive for higher goals in a down-to-earth manner.

The beauty of perseverance lies in the mutual trust we strive for together.

Veteran employees are the cornerstone of the company’s development. At the ceremony, Zhang Xuejie, Finance Supervisor; Yan Wei, Documentation & Customs Declaration Specialist; and Zhang Zuoqing, Administration Staff, completed their contract renewals. Zhang Xuejie stated that this was the first time in her ten-year career that she had participated in such a ceremonial renewal, and she truly felt the company’s respect and recognition. In the future, she will continue to serve as the company’s reliable “financial steward”. Zhang Zuoqing, who transitioned from archives management to human resources and administration, expressed gratitude for the company’s development platform. He promised to work with greater care and attention, and grow together with the company. The vitality of new beginnings lies in the promise of moving forward side by side.

The perseverance of long-serving employees is our foundation, while the arrival of new employees brings vitality.

With all colleagues as witnesses, three new members—Lai Zeguang, Design Specialist; Sun Zhisu, Registration Specialist; and Zhang Xue, HR Specialist—have successfully completed their probation and officially become part of the JKHX family. From exploring and adapting during the probation period to moving forward with confidence after becoming full-time employees, they have earned recognition through their diligent performance, while also injecting new ideas and vitality into the team.
